ACSA accepts a limited number of college and university placement students every year. Our student placements are a great opportunity for students to gain first-hand experience in a community setting and turn theory into practice.
All of our placements are specialized by department.
Please note that all of our student placement positions are unpaid. If you're looking for paid work at ACSA, please click here to see our job postings.
Please submit the following in your email:
- Information on the placement (School name and program, days of the placement, number of hours)
- Cover Letter tailored to the position explaining your interest in the opportunity and why you would be an excellent candidate
- Resume
We ask that students interested in completing a placement with us submit the above information to us by e-mail at volunteer@agincourtcommunityservices.com:
Students are welcome to apply to more than one opportunity. Tailoring cover letters for each opportunity is recommended as it gives students the ability to highlight their interests, strengths, experiences, and skills related to each opportunity. This is also important as we do not offer general placements. All of our placements are tailored to a specific department and thus non-specific applications are discouraged.
