ACSA Legal Assistance Centre
ACSA Legal Assistance Centre is a two-year project funded by The Law Foundation of Ontario to increase the capacity of ACSA to address the legal needs of immigrants, refugees and racialized groups in Toronto East (Scarborough). It focuses in 4 areas of Law: Immigration, Housing, Family and Youth Justice. ACSA Legal Assistance Centre has been hosting various webinars surrounding Covid-19 information and resources. Project activities:
- Capacity building for ACSA staff, clients, volunteers and partners;
- Mobilization of legal professionals/law experts from various groups and associations;
