The Drop-In operates 5 days a week, offering programs to adults that are homeless or living in precarious housing. We offers breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks, access to computers, internet, phones, TTC tokens, showers, clothing and other personal care supplies. We have a primary care physician clinic and a foot clinic.
Lunch is held every day we're open from 11:30am to 1:00pm. On Thursdays, lunch is held at the St. Timothy Church instead of the Main Site.

Housing Help Program
- Wednesdays: 10:00am to 12:00pm
Housing Follow-up Case Management: Provides intensive case management support services to clients with complex needs, including significant mental and physical health and addictions issues. Services are provided within the housing-first model, where securing and stabilizing housing is the primary goal. Clients receive regular community visits to help maintain their housing and access referrals to other relevant community services.
Housing Help Worker: Provides intake and assessments to support clients towards finding both market-rent and social housing. Our worker provides follow-up supports for clients that have completed Special Priority Program applications, to ensure housing stability and connections are made with community resources.
Landlord Recruitment Specialist: Conducts outreach to prospective landlords in Scarborough, in order to build a registry of affordable and quality market-rent housing listings.
Financial Empowerment & Problem Solving (FEPS)
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 10:00am to 3:30pm
The program provides one-on-one financial coaching and support to empower clients to increase their financial problem-solving skills; income tax filing throughout the year; an annual income tax clinic in March and April; workshops on banking, credit and other budgeting; and volunteer opportunities.
Please note: The Income Tax Clinic holds the same hours as FEPS.

Voice Mail
- Mondays through Fridays: 9:00am to 2:00pm
Voice mail is a payed service that can be used for 3-months. It allows a person to check their voice mail, at any time from any phone, using a phone number issued by ACSA.
We also provide a free physical mail service that allows you to send your mail to the ACSA office. To use this service, you must register and bring an ID with you to pick up your mail.
Toronto Rent Bank
- Tuesdays & Wednesdays: 9:00am to 4:30pm
A Toronto Rent Bank worker will be on site to assist eligible clients between the time specified above. Please call the worker at 647-518-1543 to determine eligibility and to book an appointment. Unfortunately, walk-in clients will not be accepted.
Commissioner of Oaths
- Wednesdays: 10:00am to 11:30am
A Commissioner of Oaths is an official authorized by law to take oaths or affirmations in regards to legal documents or statements. A Commissioner does not certify that the document presented to them is true, but that the contents of the document have been sworn by the applicant under an Oath.
