Covid-360 Wrap Around Support

COVID 360 is an intensive, wrap-around support that offers vital services that is client-centred, holistic and considers the many barriers faced by newcomer families, isolated individuals and those who are most impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. 

Who is Eligible?

  • Newcomer arrivals doing self-isolation or mandatory quarantine
  • Newcomer families who are facing multiple barriers as a result of Covid-19
  • Individuals infected by Covid-19 and their caregivers
  • Isolated seniors 
  • Isolated individuals with chronic illnesses, injured or inflicted with physical disabilities 
  • Personal Support Workers/Frontliners/Essential Workers who are in need
  • Families who are on OW and facing mutliple barriers as a result of Covid-19 (limitations apply)

What we offer:

  • Food essentials and care packages curbside pick up or delivery
  • Digital & Language Literacy for families and kids
  • Laptop lending program
  • Virtual Information sessions  
  • Connection to other resources to cope with Covid-19 crisis
